Sunday Weird is run by Elizabeth Barber, based in the UK. Working with mixed-media illustrations drawn digitally and original canvas artwork with an edge. Expect a different vibe with each new drop, because every artist is worth backing, niche or not.
“God is really only another artist. He invented the giraffe, the elephant and the cat. He has no real style, He just goes on trying other things.”
- Pablo Picasso

Art that feels like something.
Sunday Weird is a one woman studio based in the north of England. Offering a mixture of digital illustrations printed as fine art prints and original hand painted artwork on paper or canvas. Elizabeth's original pieces often play with texture and even fabric. She held a belief for many years that she had to find her niche until she could put her art out into the world for people to buy and enjoy. A thought many artists have quietly carried, tucked away with the art itself. But imagine all the great work still hiding in drawers, waiting for a niche that may never come. Elizabeth decided not to wait for it. And so Sunday Weird was created, so welcome and stay a while whilst we find our niche, or not.
